(Agent/BAA’s Associate Dance Director) is a talent agent at McDonald Selznick Associates (MSA) and the Associate Dance Director at Broadway Artists Alliance in New York City, where she has the privilege of working with top talent in the industry every day. Prior to moving to the “other side of the table”, Jessica was a professional performer/choreographer around the country and is certainly no stranger to the stage.
