(Director/Playwright/Actor) is currently the Resident Director of Broadway’s SIX and the Associate Director for the 4-time Tony® award nominated Broadway production of Titanique. Her National Tour credits include Laura Benanti: Nobody Cares (Associate Director) and Beetlejuice (Assistant Director). Other NYC and regional credits include 42 Balloons, Death Drop, Native Gardens (Associate Director), Jagged Little Pill, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Lysistrata Jones (Director). As a playwright, Billie’s original works include Your Alice (BAM, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Arcola Theatre London), Next Round, and We Carry On. She is currently developing the new musical Such a Precious Thing with Trey Everett and Jane Bruce. As a performer, off-Broadway credits include Titanique (Vacation Swing), Fairycakes, and Ragtag Theatre’s Cinderella and Rapunzel. Regional performance credits include Mamma Mia!, The Sound of Music, Footloose, Cabaret, Much Ado About Nothing, Pirates of Penzance, and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.
