Alex Brightman
(Actor) is currently starring as Lancelot in Broadway’s revival of Spamalot. He is well known for starring in the title role of Broadway’s Beetlejuice, for which he was nominated for 2019 Tony® and Drama Desk Awards. He was also Tony® Award nominated as Dewey in Broadway’s School of Rock. Other Broadway credits include: Matilda the Musical (Michael Wormwood), Wicked (Boq), The Shark is Broken (Richard), Big Fish, Glory Days. Film/TV credits include: The Blacklist (Herbie), Here Today, Dead End: Paranormal Park, The Forrest Boys, Change of Plans, Royal Pains, Red Hook, Important Things with Demetri Martin, The Face. He has also worked with Drew Gasparini on musical adaptations of both the film It’s Kind of a Funny Story and the award-winning children’s book The Whipping Boy.
