Tina Marie has extensive experience coaching and teaching young performers, and she has devoted much of her professional life to cultivating and nurturing emerging talent. Whether coaching privately out of her studio in NYC, where she has helped countless young performers achieve their dreams of performing on Broadway and in national tours, or leading workshops for Young Arts Week in Miami in her capacity as Chair of the Theatre Panel. Her multifaceted career in professional theatre includes credits as a Director, Casting Director, Performer, and Producer. A self-professed “musical theatre geek”, Tina Marie is passionate about creating inspired and emotionally compelling theatre, as well as nurturing the story-telling talent in young performers.

She is currently a faculty member at Rider University, teaching Musical Theatre, and she is s frequent guest artist at universities around the country. She is also the Conceiver/creator and Lead Producer for the new musical about Judy Garland’s early life entitled Chasing Rainbows; The Road To Oz.

As an actress, her credits include Kiss Me Kate and Victor Victoria first National Tours, Trina in Falsettos and In Trousers, The Witch in Into The Woods at Arrow Rock Lyceum and The Baker’s Wife in Into The Woods at Fulton. NY credits include Shelby in Spitfire Grill at Gallery Players and Aurora in That Other Woman’s Child NYMF. You can see her in season 3 of Submissions Only as Poppy Cosgrove. This is a popular web series and comedy about auditioning in NY created by Kate Wetherhead and Andrew Keenan Bolger.
