Jessica Hondel (she/her/hers) is a NYC based creative and coach. She currently works in the NY Talent Department at Mcdonald/Selznick Associates, and is the Associate Dance Director here at Broadway Artists Alliance. Jessica has a strong background in performance/choreography, and is no stranger to the stage. She strives to inspire and guide the next generation of young performers to pursue their dreams.
