Erin’s Coaching Philosophy

All honest theatrical performance begins with a strong foundation in connecting to breath and body. A regular practice of working in a body free from tension yet energized, and with a spacious mind – this is the only path toward authentic, moment-to-moment work on stage and in auditions. We will work to practice and hone these techniques while applying them to monologues and songs. Sides and scenes are also welcomed. Weekly or bi-monthly lessons are as helpful as a single tune-up to ensure you are working at the height of your capability.
