Making your lead star Broadway debut as a teenager has gotten Reneé Rapp known the world over! Reneé, a proud Broadway Artists Alliance alumna, is back at BAA to share with you the skills that made her Broadway’s latest Regina George and to work with you one-on-one on your favorite audition songs via Zoom!

This class is open to intermediate and advanced musical theatre performers. No audition is necessary to register. Participants need to bring a 16-32 bar cut of an audition song (about 1 minute) either Musical Theatre or Pop. Participants will need to have an accompaniment track, ready to play! About the instructor:
A proud BAA alumna, Reneé made her Broadway debut as queen bee, Regina George in Mean Girls, taking over Tony Nominated star Taylor Louderman. Reneé attended Northwest School of the Arts in North Carolina, where she won the Best Actress award at Charlotte’s Blumey Awards for her portrayal of Sandra in her school’s performance of Big Fish. Reneé also received the Jimmy Award for “Best Performance by an Actress” for her performance.
Other roles include Monteen in Roundabout Theatre Company’s reading of Parade and Wendla in Spring Awakening. Reneé‘s live performances include BroadwayCon’s 2019 Star to Be event, Feinstein’s/54 Below’s 54, The Green Room 42, and the Supergirl Pro Surf and Music Festival.
