Directly from your Film and TV screen, and the Broadway stage, arriving in a smooth transmission to your computer is this live online Master Class with Tony Nominee Jeremy Jordan! Get to interact with the star of Newsies, Bonnie and Clyde, Smash and The Last Five Years and discover how to take your auditions song to the next level, all without leaving your home. All Master Class participants will get to perform for Jeremy and hear feedback after their performance!
About the instructor:
Jeremy Jordan received a Tony® Award and Grammy nomination for his performance as Jack Kelly in Broadway’s Newsies. He can currently be seen on TV’s Supergirl as Winn. Jeremy also starred in the film version of Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years, playing opposite Anna Kendrick. Other Broadway credits include Bonnie and Clyde (Clyde Barrow), West Side Story (Tony), and Rock of Ages. Regional credits: Jack Kelly in Newsies (Papermill), Clyde Barrow in Bonnie and Clyde (Asolo Rep Theatre), Tom Sawyer in Big River (Goodspeed), J.M. Barrie in Finding Neverland (American Rep Theatre). Other film/TV credits: Elementary, Smash (Jimmy), Joyful Noise, Adam Underground, Law & Order: SVU.Webseries: “Submissions Only” Jeremy’s voice can be heard on the recordings of Dream a Little Dream: Live at the Cafe Carlyle (with Laura Osnes), Scott Alan Live, Love Me, Leave Me Not: The Music of Joey Contreras, and Sea for Two (with Lauren Molina).
One Day Master Classes are open to students ages 10-21, and class size is typically limited to 18 participants to ensure that each student receives personal attention from our special guest instructors. Enrollment will be closed two weeks prior to the Master Class date, or when the class becomes full – whichever comes first
Online One Day Master Classes are open to students ages 10-21, and class size is typically limited to 12 participants to ensure that each student receives personal attention from our special guest instructors. Enrollment will be closed when the class becomes full – whichever comes first.
Your BAA application fee will be waived if you are interested in only attending One Day Master Classes. You will see the waiver option at the end of the Online Application (which you will still need to complete!)
