The multi-Tony nominated new musical “The Prom” arrives to Broadway Artists Alliance to get you moving!

Get to experience the rhythm, style and joyfulness of the show with this Dance Master Class with the awesome Joomin Hwang, a member of the original Broadway cast of the show, who you may remember from the acclaimed Off-Broadway hit K-POP! Attending students will get to learn choreography from the show and have a Q&A session with Joomin!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Joomin is currently performing on Broadway’s Tony Nominated hit The Prom! Favorite credits include Lucille Lortel award winning KPOP (Timmy X) and In the Heights (Graffiti Pete). TV and film credits include a co-starring role in Iron Fist, Season 2, and the leading role of Toshi in the a feature comedy film Sushi Tushi directed by Ziad H. Hamzeh. He’s featured as a dancer in the upcoming Hollywood film Isn’t It RomanticJoomin was born and raised in South Korea and grew up breakdancing since he was 12 years old. He fell in love with musical theater in London where he performed a dance comedy show Break Out at the Peacock Theatre, West End. He’s an alumnus of the music program at the University of Wisconsin.

One Day Master Classes are open to students ages 10-21, and class size is typically limited to 18 participants to ensure that each student receives personal attention from our special guest instructors. Enrollment will be closed two weeks prior to the Master Class date, or when the class becomes full – whichever comes first.
