During this Master Class you’ll get to work one-on-one with each instructor on your favorite audition songs!
Lindsay Levine will start the day focusing on audition technique, while Mamie Parris will take over in the afternoon with Song Interpretation and have you rock your most challenging repertoire choices from classic Broadway to Country and Rock and Roll until miiiiiiiidniiiiiiiiiiight! (#CatsReference).
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Mamie Parris is currently starring on Broadway as Grizabella in Cats. Her previous Broadway credits include School of Rock (Patty), On the Twentieth Century, Ragtime, 110 in the Shade, and The Drowsy Chaperone. Mamie has also been rocking stages around the country as part of the National Tours of 9 to 5 (Judy), Wicked (Elphaba), and Legally Blonde.
Lindsay Levine started her career as a performer and toured the country in Mamma Mia. She joined Tara Rubin’s office in 2010, and is currently a Casting Director and CSA Member. Some of her favorite casting projects include Dear Evan Hansen, Bandstand, One Man Two Guvnors (US Casting), Here Lies Love (Public Theatre/London), as well as working on the Broadway productions of Cats, Aladdin, Mamma Mia, Bullets Over Broadway, Ghost, and Mary Poppins.This One Day Master Classes is open to ages 8-21.
