Regarding this weekend’s auditions:
TIME:
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the audition start to sign in.
You will be asked to fill out an audition card, which will be provided at the audition in the holding area. This will also give you a few moments to look over any scenes the Audition Panel would like you to perform (the Audition Monitor will provide these for you).

Your headshot and resume should be attached back to back and cut to 8”X10” (slightly smaller than a standard piece of printer paper). If you do not have a professional headshot, feel free to use a school photo or a casual snapshot.

⭐️ Complete your 2016-2017 online application prior to your audition date. This way you’ll be all set to register in the program of your choice upon admission! You may complete your online application HERE!
⭐️ The BAA Audition Panel will consider you for all Workshops and Intensives in the 2016-2017 season of programs; however, if there are particular programs that interest you, we recommend that you indicate those to us in your online application and again on the audition card you will be asked to fill out when you arrive.
PARENTS:
A parent information session led by BAA’s Artistic Director will be held in every audition! It’s the perfect time to learn more about BAA and get answers to any question you may have.

WE ALSO ACCEPT VIDEO AUDITIONS!
If you can’t make it to a live audition, consider submitting a video audition. We process our video auditions through the Accept’d platform, the same one used by Performing Arts Colleges and Universities across the country. We consider video auditions under the same light as we do live auditions, so we request from our students the same materials and preparation.
