A Summer opportunity to celebrate your talent, artistry, and passion in front of an NYC audience!
A fabulous 3 days featuring 3 Broadway Master Classes, 2 private coachings with our Cabaret Music Director and BAA expert coach, PLUS a final showcase performance at Broadway’s beloved Don’t Tell Mama: the premiere cabaret venue in NYC with guaranteed industry attendance!
Your 3-Day Summer Cabaret journey: As an admitted student, you’ll will come prepared with three songs (1min to 1.5min in length cuts). Aim to Include a piece that “introduces you” and that is close to your heart, and another “wildcard” piece that might be unexpected or contrasts in style. On day #1, the BAA team will see you perform all three pieces and select the two that we think will represent you best in front of our guest industry. This day, you’ll also take part of your first Broadway Master Class! During day #2 you will received a private coaching with a BAA expert coach, and work one-on-one with two additional Broadway Master Class instructors, including a Broadway star and one Major Broadway Casting Director! These classes and coachings will help you discover deeper interpretations of your two song selections, and help you build an exhilarating cabaret performance to New York City by storm! Day #3 is Cabaret day: you’ll rehearse onstage and then present your pieces in front of a live audience of family, friends and select industry guests (guaranteed!) You’ll cherish the moment and also receive professionally recorded, HD videos of your two performances to use for your reel, website, social media, casting site accounts, and more. Video performances and additional professional photos are included for this workshop, as a part of your 3-Day Workshop tuition!

*Please note that, in addition to the tuition, there is a $12 cover charge and 2 drink minimum required for each additional guest attending the performance at Don’t Tell Mama. Soda, Water, and Non-alcoholic drink options available in addition to the standard menu. Don’t Tell Mama accepts cash only for the cover charge.
